Payment Policy

I accept most major credit cards , debit cards and HSA accounts. Your card will be saved securely using a HIPAA-compliant service.

Cancelation Policy

No Shows and Cancellations

Your time and treatment is important and your appointment time is reserved just for you. I understand that unanticipated events happen. With this in mind, if you are unable to keep your appointment, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required.

A $75 fee will be charged for every missed or canceled appointment that occurs with less than 24-hour notice.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and the $75 fee will be charged.
